Dylan Sprouse & Wife Barbara Share the Surprising Way They're Coping After Recent Home Invasion Attempt
Dylan Sprouse had a surprising reaction to his recent run-in with a home invader.
The 33-year-old actor attended The Devil Wears Prada 2 world premiere in New York City with wife Barbara Sprouse, 32, on Monday night (April 20) and an E! News interviewer checked in with the couple.
The incident happened just a few days ago, on Friday morning. Dylan reportedly tackled the intruder and held him at gunpoint while Barbara called the cops.
During the premiere, the Hungarian supermodel said they were “dealing with the trauma with jokes.”

Dylan chimed in to say he “thought it was funny,” and is admittedly “not a ‘too soon’ guy in general.”
“You’ve got to have levity in life,” he said, adding that “thankfully no one was hurt” and the violence didn’t go any further.
“We’re just happy to be here and watch the movie,” Barbara concluded.

According to the initial reports at the time, this incident was not the first time that someone has tried to break into the couple’s home. The suspect in question was reportedly arrested for “warrants.”
Dylan and Barbara have been together since 2018 and got married in 2023.
