Miami head coach Jai Lucas has secured the program’s third transfer portal addition for the 2026 season.
Robert Morris transfer DeSean Goode will play for the Hurricanes next season, his agency, Los Angeles Media Fund Sports, told ZAGSBLOG.
“I chose Miami because I feel like they are gonna help me get to the next level,” he told ZAGSBLOG. “I believe they will help me grow as an athlete and as a person. I really believe in Coach Lucas and his staff.”
Goode’s decision came after a visit to Miami’s campus. He also took visits to Kansas, Louisville and St. John’s before making his decision.
The 6-foot-8 forward averaged 15.2 points and 8.7 rebounds per game in his sophomore season for Robert Morris.
He will join transfers Acaden Lewis and Somto Cyril as a member of Lucas’ 2026 recruiting class in the ACC.
