Tottenham Hotspur were held to a 2-2 draw against Brighton and Hove Albion in a heartbreaking result in the batle against relegation.

Antonin Kinsky – 7

Could do nothing about neither of Brighton’s goals, but had some very good moments as his confidence continues to grow.

Pedro Porro – 5

Did well to get himself on Xavi’s cross for the opening goal, but time and time again his defensive positoning is proving to be a problem.

Kevin Danso – 5

Had such a solid game, but got caught out for Brighton’s second goal.

Micky van de Ven – 6

Fortunate not to have scored an own goal in the first half, settled into the game better during the second period.

Destiny Udogie – 6

Had Danso to thank for Brighton not going ahead early in the second half, a decent overall performance.

Conor Gallagher – 7

Arguably his best game in a Tottenham shirt, with a lot more pressing in attacking areas.

Rodrigo Bentancur – 6

Played 66 minutes upon his first game back after hamstring surgery, did well defensively.

Yves Bissouma – 5

Booked in the first half and was replaced by Archie Gray ten minutes after half-time.

Xavi Simons – 8

His cross for Porro’s goal was brilliant, but will be kicking himself for not taking the opportunity to put his side 2-0 ahead, but certainly made up for it with a beautiful curling effort in the 76th minute.

Randal Kolo Muani – 4

Hardly surprising that the Frenchman was brought off on 56 minutes, having struggled to get himself involved in the game.

Dominic Solanke – 5

Found himself up against the physical presence of Van Hecke, had a battle on his hands throughout the match to act as a target man.

Archie Gray – 6

Replaced Conor Gallagher in the second half, did the simple things right.

Mathys Tel – 6

On for the ineffective Kolo Muani and did far more down the right.

Joao Palhinha – 5

Came on and put himself about.

Djed Spence – 5

Came on at left-back to replace Udogie.

Lucas Bergvall – 6

Pressed brilliantly seconds after coming on to win the ball back for Xavi’s goal.
