Hampton Completes Issuance of Shares for Debt

TORONTO, April 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Hampton Financial Corporation (“Hampton” or the “Company”, TSXV: HFC) announces that further to its news release of April 1, 2026, it received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and has completed the issuance of 261,260 subordinate voting shares of Hampton at the deemed price of $0.45 per share. The issued shares will be subject to hold periods restricting their resale until August 11, 2026.
