'Mother Mary' Soundtrack: Anne Hathaway Sings Original Songs for New Movie - Listen Now!
The soundtrack for Anne Hathaway‘s new movie has been released!
On Friday (April 17), A24 debuted the soundtrack for Mother Mary, starring the 43-year-old Oscar-winning actress, which is out in select theaters now.
If you didn’t know, Anne stars as a fictional pop star in the upcoming psychological thriller, and she sings all seven original songs featured on the album.

Written and directed by David Lowery, FKA twigs also appears in the movie alongside Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, Kaia Gerber, Atheena Frizzell, Jessica Brown Findlay, Alba Baptista, Isaura Barbé-Brown, and Sian Clifford.
Here’s a synopsis: “Long-buried wounds rise to the surface when iconic pop star Mother Mary (Hathaway) reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer Sam Anselm (Coel) on the eve of her comeback performance.”
“My first impression on reading the script was just, ‘Wow, please, please let it be me,’” Anne recently shared about the movie.
“What I loved was working with this particular group,” she added. “Everyone was so passionate. Michaela and I had so much fun.”
