Cyprus Stock Exchange extends trading suspension for four companies
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced that it will extend the suspension of trading for four companies listed on the Emerging Companies Market starting from April 20, 2026.
This decision affects Rianeson Investments Plc, G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd, A.J. Green Shell Plc, and K. Kouimtzis S.A.
The move was reached pursuant to Article 183 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law because the reasons imposing the continuation of the suspension continue to exist.
Rianeson Investments Plc and A.J. Green Shell Plc have both failed to submit and publish their Annual Financial Report for the year ended December 31, 2024.
Additionally, these two entities have not submitted or published their Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended June 30, 2025.
K. Kouimtzis S.A. remains in breach of its ongoing obligation because the company does not maintain the services of a Nominated Advisor.
Furthermore, K. Kouimtzis S.A. has not proceeded with the issue and publication of its financial report for the half-year period ended June 30, 2025.
G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Public Ltd faces continued suspension due to the non-submission and non-publication of its Half-Yearly Report for the period ended June 30, 2025.
The extension of the trading halt is set to last for a duration of two months, meaning it will remain in place until June 22, 2026.
Trading may resume earlier if the companies comply with their pending ongoing obligations, the Cyprus Stock Exchange noted.
