Building regularisation plan: Jharkhand approves regularisation for illegal buildings; policy aims to impact five lakh households and boost state revenue
The government of Jharkhand has greenlit an innovative policy aimed at regularizing unauthorized buildings towering up to 10 meters, as long as they adhere to existing construction guidelines. This new G+2 rule will apply to both commercial and residential structures located on 300 square meter plots.
