Jonathan Bennett Joins 'General Hospital' Cast, Role & Premiere Date Revealed
Jonathan Bennett is joining General Hospital!
The 44-year-old Mean Girls actor will be joining the long running soap series, the show confirmed Thursday (April 16).

Jonathan will be joining the series in the role of Joe Fitzpatrick in May.
“We’re so excited to have Jonathan joining our cast. He’s a tremendous talent and will be a fantastic addition to GH,” Frank Valentini, executive producer of General Hospital, shared to Just Jared in a statement.
This is not his first time starring in a soap: he also played JR Chandler in All My Children between 2001 and 2002.
“There’s a new guy in town… @generalhospitalabc,” Jonathan teased on his Instagram along with a screenshot of a news story confirming his addition to the cast.
Most recently, Jonathan has starred as Danny in the popular Hallmark trilogy The Groomsmen, as well as hosting and judging Finding Mr. Christmas, and starring in Season’s Greetings from Cherry Lane, Happy Howlidays and appearing in Doctor Odyssey as Matt for two episodes.
