The three solutions are powered by Velera’s Stellaris technology stack and Atmos intelligence layer, which are part of the Velera Ecosystem that was introduced Tuesday (April 14), the CUSO said in a Wednesday (April 15) press release.
The new Atmos Exchange is an application programming interface (API) integration and connectivity platform and developer portal that enables data movement across partners and systems. It provides a foundation for all Velera connectivity experiences and data consumption models. Velera will begin a phased rollout of Atmos Exchange in late 2026.
A second new solution unveiled Wednesday, Intelligence Point, is an analytics and intelligence platform that is designed to provide a centralized alternative to legacy tools and to assist with client conversations, executive decision-making and early risk detection. Velera will begin a phased rollout of Intelligence Point in early 2027.
Velera’s Marketing Engagement Platform, the third solution that made its debut Wednesday, provides a single web-based portal through which credit unions can plan, create, deploy and measure multi-channel campaigns. It supports off-the-shelf, moderately customized and fully customized marketing campaigns. Velera has made the Marketing Engagement Platform available to select clients.
The three solutions provide a connected approach to how credit unions can interact with and leverage data across systems to accelerate innovation and enable more seamless, end-to-end experiences, according to the release.
“For too long, analytics, connectivity and engagement have traditionally operated in separate layers, creating gaps between insight and execution,” Jeremiah Lotz, senior vice president, enterprise data and experience design at Velera, said in the release. “By bringing together these capabilities through Stellaris and Atmos, we’re helping financial institutions move beyond fragmented experiences to a more connected, intelligent system — one that not only surfaces insights, but helps turn them into meaningful action and measurable growth.”
When unveiling the Velera Ecosystem, Stellaris and Atmos on Tuesday, Velera said this cloud-native technology is designed to support credit union innovation.
The CUSO said that by continuously processing and structuring real-time data, the Velera Ecosystem provides credit unions with faster onboarding, connected and embedded experiences, unified data and real-time intelligence, opti-channel risk mitigation, and shared components across a connected product universe.
