IMD: Titilagarh sizzles at 42°C, mercury likely to rise further
Western Odisha is experiencing a severe heatwave. Titilagarh recorded the highest temperature at 42°C. Temperatures are expected to rise by 2°C to 4°C in the next two days. Hot and humid conditions will persist for six days in 11 coastal districts. Heatwave conditions will set in from Friday in four districts. Authorities are on alert and taking precautionary measures.
