If you’re a Disney fan like myself, then you’re probably always eagerly awaiting the new runDisney x Brooks drops. Over the past year, the two brands have collaborated on adorable and functional running shoes tied to the race themes and this year’s collection for the 2026 Springtime Surprise Race Weekend at Walt Disney World is no exception.
It was announced today that there will be two new shoes for race weekend — Winnie the Pooh and Genie. From the first looks of the imagery, these look absolutely adorable or shall we say tiggerific? (See what we did there?)
We have the lowdown on the new limited-edition runDisney x Brooks shoes that will be available this week at the runDisney Expo in Orlando, FL.
What to Expect From runDisney x Brooks’ 2026 Springtime Surprise Collection
The collection for the 2026 Springtime Surprise Race Weekend features two new shoes in different styles alongside two returning favorites (we’re looking at you Chip ‘n Dale and Mickey Mouse.)
Here’s a quick breakdown on the shoes you’ll find:
The vibrant yellow and orange Ghost 17 shoes are inspired by everyone’s favorite furry friends from the Hundred Acre Woods. The left shoe has an image of Tigger on the heel and one of Pooh on the right. The laces and soles correspond with the characters signature colors too. Plus, if you look closely you’ll see a honeycomb path and honey pot detail.
The Ghost 17 are made for road running and have nitrogen-infused cushioning to help make each step feel better than the last. You’ll also notice an air mesh upper that allows for optimal breathability as you clock those miles and flex grooves in the outsole.
These will be available in men’s sizes 7 to 15 and women’s sizes 5 to 12 for $170.
Inspired by everyone’s favorite blue character, these shoes have an image of Genie towards the back of the heel alongside some starry graphics on the side and tongue. You will be shining, shimmering and splendid as you accumulate those miles whether in the park or on the race course.
The Glycerin 23 shoes are suitable for road running with its DNA nitrogen-infused tuned cushioning (2mm more to be exact) and a wide platform for a more effortless heel to toe transition.
These will be available in men’s sizes 7 to 15 and women’s sizes 5 to 12 for $175.
The Ghost 17 Mickey Mouse shoes made their debut last year at the 2025 Springtime Surprise Race Weekend and they are back again this year. Inspired by the main mouse himself, they feature his iconic black, red and yellow color scheme and his autograph on the heel.
These will be available in men’s sizes 7 to 15 and women’s sizes 5 to 12 for $170.
If you didn’t have the chance to get your hands on the Ghost 17 Chip ‘n Dale shoes back in January, you’ll have another chance this time around.
The shoes have red stitching for Dale and black stitching for Chip alongside corresponding images of the adorable chipmunks on the heels. One of the best details on these shoes is the fuzzy tongue that brings the plush component of these cute chipmunks straight to your feet.
These will be available in men’s sizes 7 to 15 and women’s sizes 5 to 12 for $170.
How to buy the runDisney x Brooks 2026 Springtime Surprise Race Weekend Shoes
To start, the runDisney x Brooks shoes will be available at the runDisney Expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports between April 16 and April 18. You’ll need to get a spot on the virtual queue to gain access to the expo and then you’ll be able to do your shopping. We recommend getting to the expo right at opening to ensure you get your pair before they are gone. According to the Instagram announcement, limited sizes of the styles will be available for order onsite at the expo and will be shipped to the home and on-site pickup will not be available.
There’s no word on if or when these shoes will be available online, however, if we had to guess, they probably will be in the coming weeks! We’ve seen them drop on the Tuesday right after the race weekend. Be sure to stay tuned with us for updates about when these shoes make their way online.
