Ryan Lochte's Ex Kayla Rae Reid Exposes Alleged Email of Him Calling New Girlfriend 'A Ten Times Better Mother'

Things are getting ugly between Ryan Lochte‘s estranged wife and his new girlfriend.

Kayla Rae Reid, who filed for divorce from the 41-year-old Olympian in early 2025, shared an email allegedly from Ryan in which he allegedly calls on her to “move on with [her] gold digging life” and claims his current partner, Molly Gillihan, is “a ten times better mother” then she “will ever be.”

According to the Instagram Story she posted captured by Page Six, Kayla has gotten tired of receiving insulting emails and decided to expose one of what she says is 1,000 messages.

“This is what I deal with every. single. day,” she wrote. “This is after I checked in on our 2 year old with strep throat. This is the tip of the iceberg and I am exhausted.”

She continued, “My heart goes out to anyone else navigating a similar situation. Tired of being continuously disrespected behind closed doors.”

In response to Kayla‘s message, Molly shared her own Instagram story, alleging that Ryan‘s ex once dropped off their 2-year-old with them “covered in throw up, no pants, and rushed off as fast as you could to your girls weekend in Miami.”

“My response? Every text and every DM… Every magazine,” Molly wrote. “I’m sorry, I don’t follow Ryan’s ex on insta. I really try and just stay focused on our kids when we have them. But you (Kayla Rae Reid Lochte) or whatever name you chose…. dropped your two year old off with us covered in throw up, no pants, and rushed off as fast as you could to your girls weekend in Miami.”

She continued, “You’re a CHILD And I’m exhausted of YOUR false narrative. Your followers love it and crave it. Your lies are for them. Keep it up girl. They’re putty in your hands! Meanwhile, I’ll love on your kids and mine until my last breath.”

Ryan and Kayla share son Caiden, 8, and daughters Liv, 6, and Georgia, 2.

Last month, Ryan revealed private texts with Molly after Kayla implied that he cheated on her.
