Jharkhand's higher education department will implement real-time interest processing for the Guruji Credit Card scheme from July, resolving issues of students being charged commercial rates. This upgrade ensures timely subvention payments to banks, preventing students from bearing excess interest on education loans up to Rs 15 lakh.
