Braves Star Ronald Acuna Jr.’s Wife Makes Career Announcement Amid MLB Season
Ronald Acuna Jr. is a professional baseball player for the Atlanta Braves. He has spent nine seasons with the team, establishing himself as one of baseball’s premier right fielders. He was not drafted; instead, he signed with the Braves as an international free agent on July 2, 2014, for $100,000.
Since then, he has built an impressive resume, earning five All-Star selections and winning the National League Rookie of the Year award early in his career. Acuna is also a three-time Silver Slugger and was named TSN Major League Player of the Year. His dominance at the plate and in the field was further recognized when he captured the National League MVP award in 2022.

Acuna met his wife, Maria Laborde, in 2019 through mutual friends, and the two quickly formed a strong connection before marrying in August 2023 during a private ceremony in Agoura Hills, California.
His Wife, Laborde, recently shared a post highlighting her clothing brand, featuring a distinctive logo and images of models wearing pieces from the collection. The brand Naia is currently available only in Venezuela and operates two showrooms in the Carabobo state.
Laborde is a Venezuelan model and social media influencer who has built a strong following through her work and lifestyle content. After winning Miss Teen Carabobo in 2015, she went on to compete nationally and collaborate with major fashion brands, including Zara, H&M, and Mango. Laborde and her husband, Acuna, share two sons, Ronald Daniel and Jamall. With more than 150,000 Instagram followers, she regularly shares fitness routines, travel, and family moments, offering a glimpse into their life on and off the field.
