Fruit Dispute Turns Fatal: Did Nephews Murder Aunt Over Karanj?
Two men were arrested in Khunti district for allegedly killing Soni Pahan and injuring her husband Guiyyan Pahan. The incident occurred over a dispute concerning the collection of karanj fruit. The nephews, Hangra Pahan and Kunwar Pahan, reportedly attacked the couple in their home. Soni Pahan succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
