Smoke Eaters Sign Defenceman Brady Wassink

Trail, British Columbia (October 20, 2025) – The Trail Smoke Eaters are proud to announce the signing of Brady Wassink.

Wassink, from Hamilton, Ontario, is a 6′2″ left-shot defenceman who most recently played in the GOJHL and OJHL with clubs including the Hamilton Kilty B’s and the Toronto Jr. Canadiens.

Over his past seasons he has demonstrated offensive instincts from the blue line — for example, in the 2023-24 season he tallied 18 points (4 goals, 14 assists) in 49 games with Hamilton.
