While visiting the PEOPLE/EW and Shutterstock Studio at TIFF, Sigourney revealed that she is “really enjoying” the series, via People.
“What I admire about it is the scope is so much more profound than just an Alien movie. It’s about our world and what’s dominating the world in 100 years, and to me it’s right on,” Sigourney said.
She’s also enjoyed seeing the new creatures that Noah has cooked up, saying, “And the monsters that he’s also bringing in are just terrifying. It’s like, we don’t have enough problems with the alien, we need 50 more. I can’t believe I’m watching TV.”
The 75-year-old actress is especially qualified to judge the quality of the FX show as she played the iconic role of Ellen Ripley in the original 1979 film.
Sigourney has been confirmed to return for Avatar 3. Find out who else is coming back.
