Ginger 'loves to snuggle,' looking for her forever home

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- On Saturday's Wake Up Wags, we met Ginger, a shy but lovable dog who is looking for her forever home.
Ginger is around 5 or 6 years old. She came from Texas and has made tremendous strides in her time with Buddy's Second Chance Rescue.
"She came in petrified ... but at home now she has turned a corner," said Jennifer Achtziger of Buddy's Second Chance Rescue. "She plays with us, she wags her tail, she has zoomies."
Achtziger believes that Ginger would thrive with another dog. She also said that Ginger loves kittens.
"Kids scare her; she loves kittens. I think she thinks they’re puppies," Achtziger said. "She actually would benefit from another dog maybe a little more mellow, but she does love to play with other dogs."
