Art de Cure establishes galleries in medical offices to help artists, patients and charities

On Friday, Art de Cure will hold its third annual benefit for the American Diabetes Association at its gallery at The Endocrine Group.

Since opening that gallery, Art de Cure has opened four others in medical offices in the Capital Region.

For its upcoming fundraiser (music, live and silent auction, a film, light fare and wine), Art de Cure mounted a new exhibition involving nearly 100 artists displaying two works apiece.

Sherle Sparkman, a receptionist and gallery manager at The Endocrine Groups, says that patients often comment on not only the soothing effect but also the beauty of the art — not to mention its enticement.
