Kingston man charged with child sex image possession, inappropriate filming
KINGSTON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- State Police arrested a Kingston man on Wednesday after a sex crime investigation. Alan DePace, 24, is facing felony charges.
Investigators reported that DePace was allegedly found to own a multitude of images depicting the sexual exploitation of children during the execution of a search warrant. He's also accused of inappropriately filming someone without their consent.
DePace was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance and possessing a sexual performance by a child less than 16 years old. He was released after being processed on April 16 and is scheduled to appear in the City of Kingston Court on May 6.
