Here's How You Can Recreate These Iconic Dinners Previously Served at the SAG Awards

With the 31st Screen Actors Guild Awards coming up, many are wondering all the details. While many fans are wondering who will win the prizes, others want to know the details about their looks, what the gift bags will look like, and of course, what our favorite A-listers will be eating come the day of.

While we aren’t sure right now what stars like Demi Moore, Timothee Chalamet, and Mikey Madison will be munching on at the 2025 SAG Awards, we do know what celebs ate at the SAG Awards back in 2012; and you can recreate it at home!

For the 19th SAG Awards, they served Roasted beets and blood oranges with feta and black olives, Slow-roasted salmon with green rice, labneh, capers and nasturtiums, and Beef tenderloin with fingerlings, arugula and horseradish cream. And we know how to recreate them all, thanks to SAG!

Roasted Beets and Blood Oranges With Feta and Black Olives

For this recipe, you need quite a few ingredients: medium beets, large blood oranges, shallots, feta cheese, and more. To recreate this at home, you need to strip the beets of their greens before tossing them in with a few other ingredients.

Make sure to roast the beets for 40 minutes, and then move on to slicing the blood oranges and combining a bunch of the other ingredients into a delicious salad to surround your beets. In no time, you’ll be finishing it all off by sprinkling it all with feta cheese.

Slow-Roasted Salmon With Green Rice, Labneh, Capers and Nasturtiums

If you’re craving fish, then look no further than this must-have recipe! As the recipe indicates, you need two pounds of wild salmon, along with green rice, labneg, salt-packed capers, red onions, lemon juice, and more. For this recipe, you need to start by smearing an herb mixture of lemon zest, shallots, dill, tarragon, parsley, and olive oil onto the salmon. In no time, you’ll be cutting the salmon into six pieces and adding dollops of the sides onto your dish.

And if you’re wondering what the heck green rice is, we got you. For this side, you need parsley leaves, fennel seeds, mint leaves, red onions, white basmati rice, and more. This recipe shouldn’t take too long, especially since it’s only six steps!

Beef Tenderloin With Fingerlings, Arugula and Horseradish Cream

For this recipe, you need around four pounds of beef tenderloin, rosemary leaves and sprigs, thyme leaves and sprigs, and arugula, to name a few. You start by marinating your beef overnight with a bunch of the leaves and spices. You drizzle different oils and sear before putting it in the oven for 50 minutes.
