Father fashion
Steve Frazee, a single dad with an enterprising spirit, took matters into his own hands when it became a struggle to find jeans to fit his sons.
Frazee said he was faced with buying his boys custom jeans that cost $50 or more, or routinely sending jeans for his fast-growing boys to a tailor for alterations.
Frazee did a thorough Internet search, hoping to find a company that filled orders based on inseam and waist size.
Frazee blogs at the BKJ website where he writes about the frustration of dealing with wholesalers and finding ways to effectively market the jeans.
Interspersed are pictures of Frazee and his boys skiing, playing outside and of course, pictures of Alec wearing his Big Kidz Jeanz.
Frazee talks with his boys about body image and tries to make sure they eat healthy food.
Frazee said people have told him he should go on ''Shark Tank,'' a reality show about entrepreneurs competing to get business deals for things like gourmet edible cookie dough, color furspray for dogs and stylish baby shoes.
