Oklahoma City Thunder release 2024-25 regular season schedule
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — The Oklahoma City Thunder have their eyes set on the road to the NBA playoffs with the release of their 2024-25 regular season schedule on Thursday.
The Thunder start the season off with back-to-back road games against the Denver Nuggets on October 24 before traveling to Chicago on October 26 to face-off against the Chicago Bulls.
After their game in Chicago, the Thunder will travel home to host the Atlanta Hawks for the team's home opener at Paycom Center on October 27.
The Thunder are scheduled to host 16 weekend home games during the 2024-25 season which consists of six Friday games, two Saturday and eight Sunday games. Oklahoma City will also host four homestand games which consists of at least four games and a pair of five-game homestands during mid-November and late-December.
The Thunder are also scheduled for 25 nationally-televised appearances which includes nine games on ESPN, five games on TNT, one game on ABC and 10 games on NBA TV.
Oklahoma City is not scheduled for a Christmas Day game this coming season but are scheduled to host the Minnesota Timberwolves at Paycom Center on New Year's Eve at 7 p.m.
