ARE you obsessed with stocking up on beauty bits but don’t want to spend a fortune?
A woman has shared how all her favourite items are from Home Bargains, including a 99p mitt for removing tan and a £3.99 Paco Rabanne dupe.
Shan Rose shared on her @shanroseduffie account: “Home Bargains do the best bits, come and see all my faves.”
First up was her 99p mitt which she swears is “perfect” for removing any fake tan.
Their £1.99 Malibu lip balms are ideal for holidays as they “keep your lips from getting sunburnt”, claims the shopper.
She also loved their 99p foot masks, their 99p cooling spray which works in an “instant”, and 99p fake nails.
And there are numerous dupes for expensive products, according to Shan.
These include a £3.99 perfume mist which smells just like Paco Rabanne Olympea, which can retail for £84.
She also loves their £2.49 micellar water, which she claims is just like Garnier’s version.
A third dupe she swears by with Home Bargains’ £1.99 oatmeal moisturising cream.
Shan claims that, in her opinion, it is just like Cerave’s £10 version.
Meanwhile, the shopper raved about their £2.99 Wickford and Co candles, saying they are the best the retailer has sold, although she did love their £4.99 Yankee candles too.
Her video has racked up over 8,000 likes, and many people agreed with her.
One said: “this has just popped up and I’m having a pamper day today! love it.”
Another added: “okay i’m going.”
But a third commented: “My Home Bargains is bad.”
Home Bargains stocks plenty of everyday household products at already low prices, but every now and then it will slash costs with special “star buys” and limited time sales.
Usually located near the front of the store, Home Bargains will always promote a few products as its “Star Buys” that week.
Think of them a bit like Aldi’s Specialbuys which come and go frequently and shoppers always race to snap up.
At Home Bargains though, it’s usually top products that have been slashed in price.
