IT’S the beauty brand that’s taken the internet by storm, with celebs such as Selena Gomez and Hillary Duff amongst its loyal fanbase – Sol de Janeiro.
The name has become all the rage amongst beauty buffs, with Sol de Janeiro’s Brazilian Bum Bum Cream a firm favourite for many.
However, the cream – which is actually pronounced ‘’boom boom’’ – also comes with a pretty hefty price tag, currently retailing for an astronomical £36 at Boots.

The trio, which sells for an affordable £11.99, includes the skincare essential in Tropical Caramel, Blossom Bloom, as well as Coconut Glow.
Just like the real deal, which is around 3x more expensive, the scented body creams will also leave you feeling like a goddess, hydrating your skin and adding a lovely glow.
What’s more, the popular high street retailer has also launched a Tropical Caramel Body & Hair Mist, which looks to be a close match to Sol de Janeiro’s viral Brazilian Crush Cheirosa 62 Perfume Mist.
Unlike the posh twin, the Superdrug version sells for £8 – or a whopping 3x less than the cult favourite, which also comes in a smaller bottle.
The budget-friendly range has already taken social media by storm, with one anonymous shopper sharing the scent-sational news on Facebook.
Posting on the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, the person wrote: ”Superdrug are now selling Sol De Janeiro dupes, the body mists were £8 and the creams were £11.99, I think.”
Hundreds of internet users flocked to comments to tag their pals and share their thoughts, with close to 300 people giving the post a like.
One couldn’t wait to get their hands on the dupes, writing: ”These look nice.”
Another chimed in: ”They look ace, bet they smell lovely.”
”We need to find these,” a fellow member of the group told their friend.
”Oh, I will have to look out for them,” a fourth penned.
What Does Sol de Janerio Bum Bum Cream Do?
