Shop you’ve never heard of selling pretty £4 flower lights to glow up your garden & they’re cheaper than Amazon and B&Q
WITH hotter weather just around the corner, everyone is looking for savvy ways to get their gardens summer-ready.
And a store you may not have heard of has got you covered when it comes to bargain solar lights to give your outdoor space a glow up.
The Original Factory Shop has a range of bargain solar lights in store[/caption]The Original Factory Shop has 196 stores across the UK.
There are 138 in England with a further 37 situated in Scotland, 17 in Wales and four in Northern Ireland.
The discount store stocks a range of branded clothing and footwear including Nike and Adidas, and popular perfume dupes.
But they also have a huge selection of garden furniture and accessories.
And with summer in our sights, it’s the perfect time to take advantage of their buy one get one free offer on all solar lights.
Some mini stake lights are priced at just £2, working out at £1 each in the two-for-one promotion.
However, it’s their solar coloured flower string lights that are really going to give your garden a pretty look.
The £8 set is included in the buy one get one free deal, meaning it works out at just £4 a box if you buy two.
Even at full price, the flower lights are cheaper than B&Q’s £10 version and Amazon’s near-identical ones priced at £9.99.
Bosses at The Original Factory Shop said: “It’s all about taking your garden from day to night for summer soirees with friends and family and adding ambient lighting to alfresco dining.”
Offering up tips on how to hang the floral string lights, they added: “Wireless solar powered string lights are an easy, eco-friendly option for all outdoor spaces.
“For an ultra-soft glow into the night hang them along a fence, drape them around a parasol, gazebo or your garden furniture, or wrap them around tree trunks and in plants to make a feature of your foliage.
“Or pop them into glass mason jars and place them along the patio.”
Elsewhere, a gardening fan has revealed she’s found the perfect £1 buy to inject some fun into her outdoor space this summer.
Megan Welsh bought her first home in Glasgow last year and has spent months transforming it into a colourful haven.
And she’s been thinking about ways to continue her quirky and colourful look into her garden area.
So she was delighted to spot some colourful hanging planters for just £1 each in Primark.
She said: “I’m going to hang these outside. This will bring a bit of fun outside.”
