Stormy Daniels confirmed as witness minutes after Trump deletes post about her
Stormy Daniels will testify Tuesday in Donald Trump's hush money trial involving their sexual relationship.
Trump posted and then quickly deleted that he had been notified who the next witness would be, in possible violation of his gag order in the case.
A short time later, the Associated Press reported that an attorney for the adult film actress had confirmed she would "likely" be called to take the stand.
"I have just recently been told who the witness is today," Trump posted on Truth Social but deleted the post less than 10 minutes later. "This is unprecedented, no time for lawyers to prepare. No Judge has ever run a trial in such a biased and partisan way. He is CROOKED & HIGHLY CONFLICTED, even taking away my First Amendment Rights. Now he’s threatening me with JAIL, & THEY HAVE NO CASE - This according to virtually all Legal Scholars & Experts! Why isn’t the Fake News Media reporting his Conflict?"

Witnesses have already testified that Trump's then-attorney Michael Cohen paid $130,000 to Daniels to remain quiet about that relationship to prevent voters from finding out before the 2016 election, and Trump Organization employees have also told the jury they helped make reimbursements to the lawyer falsely appear to be legal fees.
Trump has been charged with 34 counts of falsifying financial statements as part of a scheme to break New York election laws.
New York Justice Juan Merchan has found Trump in contempt of court by commenting publicly on witnesses in the case, including Daniels and Cohen, and has warned that jail could be next if the former president violates that order again.
