NYSP looking for potential forcible touching victims of Hudson man
KINDERHOOK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police are asking for help identifying any potential victims of a Hudson man, who is accused of sex crimes. NYSP said James Konderwich, 21, is accused of forcibly touching women in Columbia County.
Police were called to a Hannaford in the town of Kinderhook and a Cumberland Farms in the village of Valatie for reports of a male forcibly touching women. Police said Konderwich sexually grabbed two victims, one of whom was a minor.
He was charged with sexual abuse in the second degree, forcible touching, and endangering the welfare of a child. He is scheduled to return to court on May 28.
