B&M has slashed the price on a range of summer garden must-haves just in time for those bank holiday get-togethers.
The popular discounter has dropped the price on several of its fire pits and outdoor heaters – with as much as 50% off some items.
Although spring has officially arrived and the sun has started to shine, the temperature still has a lot of catching up to do.
However, if you are tired of being in the house and want to get outside anyway, you might be thinking about getting yourself an outdoor heater.
If so, now is a good time as you can get as much as 50% off heaters and fire pits at B&M.
Not only will this make a stylish addition to your garden, but it will also mean you can stay outdoors for longer during those cooler evenings.
Whether it is a fire pit, chiminea or a larger patio heater the retailer has something for everyone.
Here we have listed the top sale picks at B&M this bank holiday.
Gas patio heater – £75
This gas patio heater is usually priced at £150 but shoppers can get it for half price in the B&M bank holiday sale.
It is described on the website as being ideal for “hosting parties or relaxing outdoors in the evenings”.
The heater has wheels so can easily be moved around your garden and is made from sturdy stainless steel.
While you can view the product on the B&M website you will need to go into a store if you want to purchase.
You can find your nearest store by putting your postcode into the store locator tool on the website.
Bear in mind that not all stores will have the same stock so you might want to call ahead to avoid any disappointment.
Boston Firepit – £35
The Boston Firepit is a cheap but stylish option and you can currently save a fiver on this item as its usual retail is £40.
You can use it with charcoal or logs, but you will need to be a bit handy as it does require assembly.
It is a “strong and sturdy” metal frame with a mesh lid – the firepit also comes with a fire stick.
We also think this B&M firepit is the cheapest around at the moment, as when we checked the closest retailer on price was Argos.
The Argos firepit is similar in size and reduced from £50 to £37.50.

The scanner lets you see if an item’s price is cheaper than advertised on the shop floor label.
Products that are typically discounted are seasonal items and old stock that B&M is trying to shift.
The app is free to download off the B&M Stores mobile app via Google Play or the Apple App Store.
According to one ex-B&M manager, you’ll want to visit your local branch at 10am on a Wednesday too.
This is when staff slash items to as little as 10p to clear excess stock and make way for new products.
What is the B&M scanner app?
SAVVY shoppers are using an app to find better discounts in stores.
Here’s how you can join the B&M bargain hunt:
- Download the B&M app for free on any smartphone with an App Store or Google Play.
- Once you’ve installed it on your device, click on the option labelled “more” on the bottom, right-hand side of the app home page.
- You’ll then find an option that says “barcode scanner”. Click on this and you’ll open a camera screen.
- Use the camera to hover over the barcode of the product you wish to check.
- If the price comes up as lower, take it to the cash desk and it will automatically scan at the lower price.
- You don’t need to sign up to the B&M app to use the barcode scanner.
