Britain’s Got Talent ‘fix’ row exposed as Bruno Tonioli’s golden buzzer revealed as ITV star who worked with Olly Murs
BRITAIN’S Got Talent viewers have slammed the show as a ‘fix’ after they spotted Bruno Tonioli’s golden buzzer act from another ITV show.
Taryn Charles, 39, won over the judges and viewers after singing a stunning cover of (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman by Aretha Franklin on tonight’s episode of Britain’s Got Talent.
The vocalist works as a special needs educator, using the power of music to help rehabilitate children.
The audience and judges gave Taryn a standing ovation after her moving performance, leaving the singer in tears.
And Bruno Tonioli made the decision to hit his golden buzzer.
However ITV viewers have spotted the singer from another ITV show named Starstruck.
Starstruck is a singing contest in which members of the public impersonate showbiz stars.
It brings back ITV’s hit 90s show Stars In Their Eyes as fans get the chance to transform into their idols for one night only.
Olly Murs is on hosting duties with Sheridan Smith, Adam Lambert and Beverley Knight among the judges as ordinary people turn into Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande and Michael Buble among others.
And Taryn appeared on the show as Whitney Houston and sang “I Wanna Dance with Somebody (Who Loves Me)” along with two other singers.
Taking to X – formally known as Twitter – viewers are fuming as they claim Taryn getting the golden buzzer is a fix.
One said: “I remember Taryn from Starstruck #BGT”
Another wrote: “I remember Taryn she was Whitney on Starstruck great voice!”
