KATIE Price has broken her silence on her son Junior’s age-gap romance – admitting she still hasn’t met the Celebs Go Dating star.
The former Glamour model addressed the relationship on her podcast, The Katie Price Show, with her sister Sophie.
During the podcast, Katie and Sophie read dilemmas sent in by fans and offered advice.
One fan asked: “I know my son’s girlfriend isn’t right for him, as she’s so rude to us and so moody, how do I tell him?”
Katie, advising the fan not to interfere, said: “Because there all in love and all that, they think they’re perfect. Remember your first loves, sometimes it’s not worth saying anything, just leave them to it.
This prompted Katie to talk about Junior and his new girlfriend Jasmine Orr, 23.
On the podcast, Katie said: “How funny, I’ve seen Junior’s new girlfriend. She’s so pretty, I remember watching her on Celebs go Dating.”
Sophie replied: “I didn’t know Junior had a new girlfriend,” to which Katie said that her daughter Princess told her.
Katie added: “I can’t wait to meet her, she’s already met the dad.”
Sophie asked: “Is she older than Jay or the same age?,” to which Katie replied: “Yes, she’s 23.”
Katie said: “What’s weird is she’s 23 and he’s 18 – see you can always get age-gap in relationships, as you get older age-gap doesn’t matter.”
Jasmine appeared on Celebs Go Dating last year.
She dated Love Island‘s Adam Collard, 28, on the E4 show amid his romance with celebrity co-star Lottie Moss.
Jasmine, who’s believed to be 23, is keeping her new relationship with Junior quiet for now.
A source told The Sun: “Junior’s already introduced Jasmine to his dad and step-mum Emily.
“It was important that they approve of her, but he’s already smitten.
“The relationship has been kept on the down-low so far, but telling his fans he was committed was a big step.”
On the podcast, Katie, 45 went on to talk about her age-gap with current boyfriend and MAFS star, JJ Slater, 31.
She said: “We’re 13 years apart, but it works, age is just a number when you get older.”
Katie recently got a matching tattoo with JJ that says ‘baby darling’.
JJ, who was initially paired with Bianca Petronzi before exploring a connection with Ella Morgan on MAFS, admitted that he wished it was Katie on the other side of the aisle.
