Corinth man arrested on drug trafficking charges
CORINTH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Corinth man has been arrested following a drug sale investigation, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Nicholas Harwood, 35, is facing multiple charges.
On April 24, police executed a search warrant at a home on Liberty Street in Corinth in connection to an extensive investigation into drug trafficking throughout Saratoga County. Harwood was taken into custody as a result of the search.
Police say Harwood is accused of possessing and selling cocaine and crack cocaine across the county. He now faces the following charges:
Charges
- Two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
- Two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
Harwood was arraigned at the Malta Town Court before being remanded to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail, bond or partially secured bond.
