Witnesses turn to pouring over minutia in Trump's hush money trial: Live updates
A second week of testimony commenced Tuesday in former President Trump’s hush money trial beginning with Gary Farro, an ex-banker for Michael Cohen, retaking the stand.
Farro detailed his dealings with Cohen, including being misled about the intentions of opening an account for a shell company, which acted as an entity Cohen formed to pay the $130,000 hush payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
Other matters began the day when the judge fined Trump $9,000 for violating a gag order in the case.
