Parents race to posh supermarket as nappies & nappy pants are reduced to just £1.50 a pack, but you’ll have to be quick
WHEN you need nappies, M&S might not be the first place you think of.
But parents have been racing to the posh supermarket after one savvy mum revealed loads of their nappies have been reduced to just £1.50 a pack.
It might not be the first place you think of when it comes to reduced “poo catchers”[/caption]“M&S reduced nappies and nappy pants – reduced to £1.50 a pack,” Charley wrote alongside a picture on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group on Facebook.
She added that she’d spotted the bargains in Marks & Spencer in Hempstead Valley, Kent.
“GET OVER THERE NOW,” one person commented on Charley’s post.
As another added: “Thank you for posting this.
“Managed to get 4 packs of size 6 from Lincoln and 4 packs from Newark too.
“Always a fan of cheap poo catchers!”
“I paid £1 earlier on today for size 1,” a third commented.
“Thanks so much posting, managed to get some,” someone else wrote.
“Anyone know if this is all stores?” another asked.
To which someone else replied: “Both M&S in Plymouth are reduced to £1.50!”
“Get your self to M&S,” another urged, tagging their friend.
While someone else asked a pal: “If you see these in your m&s can you grab me a pack of size 5 please?”
“I use these and the wipes, the wipes haven’t been in stock for 4 weeks so I asked the staff and they told me they were getting rid of the range it was being discontinued,” another commented.
To which someone else replied, reassuringly: “The wipes were on call back that’s why.
“They’re not getting rid of the range, they are updating the packaging.
“So you should still be able to get them.”
The Little Smiles nappies, which come in sizes from one to six, are “ultra-absorbent thanks to the clever, fast-absorbing-channel technology, but still soft, super comfy and flexible to protect your baby’s delicate skin”, M&S said on their website.
Nappies in sizes one and two also come with “wetness indicators”, which tells parents “when it might be time for a change”.
Meanwhile, the nappy pants – which come in three different sizes, four, five and six – “come with up to 12 hours of dryness and a brilliant all-round stretch for a secure fit, so your little one can keep moving, wriggling (and dancing!)”
But people were quick to ask their friends to stop in their nearest store to try and nab a pack[/caption]
