I’m 59 but look decades younger – a £3 tool changed my life, it looks weird but, I now not only look but feel young
A WOMAN who is almost 60 but looks decades younger, has revealed a £3 tool that has “changed her life”.
Gigi, 59, shared details of her life-changing hack via a video posted to her TikTok channel, which she often uses to share anti-ageing tips and tricks.
You can purchase the tool from Amazon[/caption]“This will literally change your life”, she said.
Gigi explained that one of the things she does to stay looking and feeling her best is lymph drainage.
Lymphatic drainage massages are a gentle of massage, which focus on the lymphatic system, which is part of the immune system.
Benefits include getting rid of bloating and puffiness, breaking down cellulite and fat cells and giving the skin a glow.
Gigi said that for the first two days after giving yourself the massage, you will be in pain and “feeling like s***”.
However, she said that on the third day after giving herself the massage, she had more energy than she had ever had in her life.
Gigi demonstrated how she uses a lymph hammer to perform the massage on herself.
Taking the tool, which is a long stick with a ball made out of cloth on the end, she tapped herself gently with it on the back.
She said that she also uses the massager behind her knees and under her arms, and said that it is great for your muscles.
You can purchase a lymph hammer, for just £3.99 from Amazon.
Gigi said that she is such a fan of the product, that she has bought 15 more of them to give out to her friends and family.
“Honestly, everybody needs one of these in their lives”, she said.
Gigi’s video, which was posted under the username @gigi__333 has likely left many people impressed as it has racked up over 830,000 views on the video sharing platform.
TikTok users raced to the video’s comments section, to share their thoughts on the product.
One person said: “Starting lymphatic drainage practises has drastically improved my life”.
