Shoppers racing to Asda for jeans scanning for just £2 at the till – and there’s different colours of denim on offer
WHEN it comes to getting the perfect pair of jeans, our first visit might be to Levi’s or Lee.
But in recent months, shoppers have found that a trip to the supermarket is more than enough to find some trusty denim.
That includes George at Asda, which recently received a celebrity stylist’s stamp of approval thanks to its versatile range of jeans.
And now, shoppers have unearthed pairs of George jeans in the sale for just £2.
Taking to Facebook, shopper Marie Lynch revealed that she picked up a pair in dark blue and black for the bargain price.
Typically, jeans from Asda’s in-house clothing brand cost between £12.50 and £26.
The ones that Marie picked up for £2 were the £12.50 High Waisted Skinny Jeans.
These are available from sizes 8 to 24, with three length options of short, regular and tall.
One owner of the black pair said she was “over the moon with the fit”, while another said she “won’t buy any other jeans”.
“These jeans are fab, soft and wash lovely,” a third reviewed.
“They look great with knee high boots.”
It’s unclear why Marie’s local store had slashed the price by over £10, but shoppers have since been racing to their nearest Asda to nab a pair.

These pairs come in four hues of Dark Wash, Grey Wash, Black and Light Wash.
They are available from sizes 8 to 24, and feature belt loops, button and zip fly fastening and full length legs.
