FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Monday Evening,
It has been a warm day today with plenty of sunshine and clouds mixed with highs in the lower 80s. Tonight, we will have showers forming ahead of a weak cold front that will bring rain chances through the mid morning Tuesday with lows in the lower 60s.
Rain showers will work through the area during Tuesday morning with the front. By the afternoon we will see mainly cloudy skies turning a bit more broken during the afternoon to evening hours with temps climbing back into the lower to mid 70s for afternoon highs.
Skies will clear and temps will be more comfortable for Tuesday night with lows in the lower 50s. Wednesday should be a beautiful day with plenty of sunshine and highs back into the lower 80s. We will be even warmer on Thursday with sunshine in full forecast and highs in the middle 80s.
Temps will stay in the low to mid 80s again on Friday as clouds increase, and the winds pick up a bit, with some storms late in the day into the evening and overnight hours with our next weak cold front. We will see a few showers lingering into Saturday morning with highs to fall a bit, but stay above normal in the upper 70s.
Expect high pressure to briefly expand over our area from mid Saturday to mid Sunday giving us sunshine early on Sunday with a chance of storms by evening and highs in the upper 70s. The chance of rain and storms with the next approaching system will spill over into Monday with highs on Monday in the upper 70s.
