I refuse to let my guests use my toilet – they have to dig a hole and go in the garden instead and yes, I ask for tips
A WOMAN has claimed that she refuses to let her guests use her toilet.
Instead, Ivy Bloom claimed that her visitors have to go in her garden instead.
Posting online, the content creator revealed that she not only makes her guests dig a hole in her garden if they want to go to the toilet, but she also asks for tips too.
In the short video that was shared on social media with the caption ‘Not only does this help keep my home clean, it also gives guests a chance to connect with nature’, Ivy claimed that she requires all of her guests to do their business, whether it’s a number one or a two, outside.
She explained: “I used to let my friends use the bathroom in my house, but I’ve since learned how unsanitary that is.”
As a result, Ivy claimed that now, she makes her guests go to the loo outside, whilst wearing supplied and re-used foot covers.
Ivy shared: “The most important rule is to dig at least six inches from an existing stick, because that’s where another guest has dug a hole.”
She claimed that her system is simple – all users need to do is dig a hole, do what they need to do, and put their toilet paper on top.
She continued: “I provide seeds that must be placed inside to keep my garden growing and once that’s placed inside, you cover it up with the dirt you dug up and then place some leaves on top.”
Ivy claimed that once done, guests must mark the spot with a stick.
Ivy, who lives in Arizona, provides a bucket full of refreshments and snacks that visitors can help themselves to.
The woman shared that there is also a privacy curtain that guests can use when going to the loo.
When it comes to the supplied foot covers, Ivy added: “They can take the covers off their feet and wash them in this bucket. Then they have to place them in this jar, so the next guest can use them.”
Once a guest has finished using the toilet, they must then sign Ivy’s journal.
Not only this, Ivy also claimed: “And I do respectfully ask for tips because maintaining this area can get a little expensive.”
