Hands up if you’ve been waiting on tenterhooks for the chance to catch up with the team at the Orange County branch of the Oppenheim Group, desperate to hear all the latest juicy gossip from the gang? Then you’ll be thrilled to hear that there’s loads of drama as season three of the real-estate reality show begins, not least the fallout from Alex Hall and Tyler Stanaland’s smooch at the end of the last series.
Meanwhile, there’s a new agent on the team – Alex Harper – and Sean Palmieri appears set to rub several of his colleagues up the wrong way. With so much intrigue and excitement, it’s a wonder this lot have <any> time to sell houses. But don’t worry, if you tune in mainly to see some sensational, luxurious properties, you won’t be disappointed.
Unfrosted: The Pop-Tart Story

Nope, you didn’t read the title wrong – Unfrosted really is a movie about the creation of the Pop-Tart. More accurately, it’s raucous and very funny movie loosely based upon the creation of the Pop-Tart, and Kelloggs’ race to win the battle of the breakfast treats against local rivals Post, who had their own new product ready to go. It’s 1963 and Kelloggs’ Bob Cabana (writer and director Jerry Seinfeld) is on a mission to help his company corner the American breakfast table market. But with Post boss Marjorie (Amy Schumer) equally determined, it looks like this is a fight that’s going to turn dirty – think the space race, only with breakfast goodies. Boasting an incredible cast – which includes Melissa McCarthy, Christian Slater, Jim Gaffigan and Hugh Grant as Tony the Tiger (yes, really!) – it’s an absolute blast.
A Man In Full
DRAMA Available from Thursday
Jeff Daniels is at his imposing best in this impressive six-part drama based on the 1998 Tom Wolfe novel of the same name. When Atlanta real-estate mogul Charlie Croker (Jeff) suddenly faces bankruptcy, he embarks on a cutthroat and damaging battle to protect his crumbling empire from all manner of people keen to capitalise on his downfall. If you want a sense of the mood here, A Man In Full is written and produced by David E. Kelley, the guy behind hits like Big Little Lies, Anatomy Of A Scandal, The Undoing and Ally McBeal – so expect lashings of delicious drama, intrigue, plotting and tension. Also stars Lucy Liu and Diane Lane.
Beautiful Rebel

Singer Gianna Nannini might not be very well known here in the UK, but over in her homeland of Italy – and in several other countries across Europe – she’s a genuine superstar. A pioneer of Italian rock and a passionate, impressive performer, she first rose to fame in the late 70s and early 80s, and has remained an icon ever since. Now, her remarkable and incident-filled life-story has been turned into a music-filled movie, starring Letizia Toni. For fans, it will be a well-deserved and intriguing tribute, and for everyone else, the perfect introduction to a boundary-breaking artist.

Anyone who still has a Call My Agent-shaped hole in their lives should definitely check out this similarly enjoyable French comedy series. First-time film director Raphaël (Pierre Niney) is shooting a movie that’s supposed to be a tribute to his grandmother, a hero of the French Resistance. However, when a series of unlikely calamities – plus a touch of blackmail – befall the shoot, it soon becomes clear that someone on the production team is trying to sabotage the film. Can an increasingly desperate Raphaël complete the project? With Call My Agent’s Francois Civil among the cast, and fun cameo appearances from big French stars – again, a bit like Call My Agent – there’s much to enjoy about this madcap comedy.

We’re off to Taiwan once again for the second season of this atmospheric and award-winning crime thriller series. If you’re unfamiliar with the set-up, the show centres around forensic scientist Fang Yi-jen (Joseph Chang), who happens to have Asperger’s syndrome. In the first season, he teamed up with investigative journalist Hsu Tai-yin (Hsu-Wei-ning) to solve a fiendish case involving his estranged daughter. Now the unlikely pair return – making this the first time Netflix have recommissioned a Mandarin-language series – with a new, suspense-filled mystery to solve. Expect another twisty-turny ride that’s guaranteed to keep those nails well-bitten.

Welcome To Wrexham
DOCUMENTARY Available from Thursday
We’re off to North Wales once again for the latest chapter in Wrexham AFC’s remarkable recent history. This third season of the fly-on-the-dressing-room-wall docuseries finds Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney’s team adjusting to life in League Two, following their dramatic return to the Football League. Of course, if you’re a fan, you’ll already know how things pan out for the Red Dragons; if you’re not, it won’t spoil too much to reveal that manager Phil Parkinson, star striker Paul Mullin and the team are set for another unforgettable season, filled with lows but the ultimate high.

MYSTERY Available from Wednesday
Bored of the seemingly endless stream of murder mysteries set in the modern day? Then step back in time with this new series, set in the 16th century during the dramatic reign of Henry VIII. Shardlake follows the investigations of barrister Matthew Shardlake (Arthur Hughes), who’s sent by Thomas Cromwell (Sean Bean) to investigate the suspicious death of a commissioner involved in the controversial dissolution of monasteries in the remote south coast town of Scarnsea. Based on the popular novels by CJ Samson, and boasting hints of Cadfael and a whiff of Wolf Hall, expect a refreshingly different take on a well-worn genre.

Dig out your flip flops because it’s time to return to the luridly painted Las Colinas Resort in Acapulco, during both the 80s and the present day. As we rejoin the sun-drenched fun, the younger version of Maximo (Enrique Arrizon) is still looking for ways to climb the ladder at the resort, but when opportunity knocks, he risks jeopardising the friendships and relationships he already has. Meanwhile, in the present day, the older, successful Maximo finds himself in Las Colinas, only to see that it’s unrecognisable from the place he remembers from his youth. Warm, nostalgic and charming comedy.

Don’t you love it when a sexy, fun, best-selling novel is turned into an equally sexy and fun block-busting movie? Anne Hathaway stars as 40-year-old single mum Solene, whose life is turned on its head by an unexpected and all-consuming romance. Taking her teenage daughter to the Coachella music festival, Solene happens to bump into 24-year-old Hayes Campbell (Nicholas Galitzine), the lead singer of a chart-topping boy band. It’s lust at first sight for the pair and they’re soon caught up in a passionate, whirlwind romance. But inevitably, the pressures of Hayes’ superstardom soon causes trouble in their personal paradise and the cracks begin to appear.

To get everyone in the mood for Sonic The Hedgehog 3, which is due to hit cinemas at high speed later this year, here comes <Knuckles>. This all-action six-part spin-off focuses on Sonic’s red-furred rival-turned-buddy (voiced by Idris Elba), as he trains deputy sheriff Wade Whipple (Adam Pally) in the mystical ways of the Echidna warrior. Set after the events of Sonic The Hedgehog 2 but before the new film, the series will follow the serious but super-strong echidna as he tries to adjust to life on Earth. But when a new enemy emerges, hoping to steal Knuckles’ powers for evil ends, the little red fella must save the day once again.

Yes, the all-conquering Buffy The Vampire Slayer is coming to Paramount+, giving long-standing fans and newcomers alike the opportunity to take a monsters-and-mysteries-filled trip to the town of Sunnydale. All seven seasons of the genre-defining supernatural show will be available to stream, reuniting us with brave slayer Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar), her Watcher Giles (Anthony Steward Head), her pals from school – aka the Scooby Gang – Willow (Alyson Hannigan), Xander (Nicholas Brendon) and Cordelia (Charisma Carpenter), and loads more fan favourites. It’s clear from the mildly provocative name alone what to expect from this reality dating show, which returns for a second series. Like last time, a group of sexy and successful ladies of a certain age – early favourites include 45-year-old Barby, make-up artist Crystal and twice- divorced 51-year-old Jami – will be competing for the chance to find love while living together in a stunning lakefront chalet. Along the way, they must take part in exciting, if rather OTT, challenges – hello, mud wrestling – to win one-on-one time with the love interest they have in their sights. But with all manner of emotional fireworks ready to go off, it’s certain to be explosive.

Those Wheeler Dealers – better known to their pals as Mike Brewer and Marc ‘Elvis’ Priestley – hit the road once again on the hunt for some iconic motors to buy, fix up and sell. This time they’re going international, so we’ll get to see them flipping cars in Australia, refreshing legendary rides in Europe and trying to rescue a multi-million-dollar hypercar in America. Along the way, the petrol-powered pair will be handing out countless valuable hints, tips and tricks to help viewers with their own car transformations. Will Mike and Marc manage to make money on their restorations, or could going global result in them biting off more than even they can chew?
