Waterford man arrested for allegedly having over 20 pounds of marijuana
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Waterford man was arrested in Saratoga Springs on Saturday following a traffic stop, according to state police. Frank Grasso, 21, has been charged with first-degree criminal possession of cannabis.
On April 20 around 7:27 p.m., troopers stopped a car on State Route 9 in Saratoga for multiple vehicle and traffic law violations. The driver, identified as Grasso, was allegedly found to have more than 20 pounds of marijuana within his vehicle.
Grasso was taken into custody and processed at SP Saratoga. He was arraigned at the Malta Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
