Man charged with 1st-degree murder in shooting at McDonald’s in Belcamp
A man was arrested and charged with first-degree murder Wednesday following a shooting at a McDonald’s in Harford County.
On Tuesday night around 10:35 p.m., Southern Precinct deputies responded to the 1300 block of Riverside Parkway in Belcamp and found a 19-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the head, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday.
The victim was declared dead at the scene, and the sheriff’s office identified him as Sebashton Charles Nocar of Bel Air.
On Wednesday morning, deputies arrested a 32-year-old man and charged him in relation to the shooting, the sheriff’s office said.
