Fire emergency response drill in Halfmoon on Saturday
HALFMOON, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- A fire emergency response drill for the Halfmoon and Waterford Fire Departments is planned for Saturday morning. The strategic training exercise will be at Falcon Trace Apartments at 10 a.m.
Residents can expect increased activity and noise during the drill. The Town of Halfmoon said they hope the drill enhances local emergency response efficiency with other departments like the Town of Halfmoon Code Enforcement, Clifton Park Halfmoon Ambulance, Hillcrest Engine, and more.
Town Supervisor Kevin Tollisen said it is a testament to the safety of residents. "The upcoming drill is an opportunity to fine-tune our coordinated response to any situation that may arise.
