Metro bus crash in NE OKC leaves one in custody
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Oklahoma City Police says an attack on the bus driver is what led up to the bus crashing into a building over the weekend.
New details released by the police confirm, the suspect was initially on the bus requesting to get off when the bus driver told the man he would have to wait until the next stop. The suspect then got upset and attacked the bus driver causing the crash, according to police.
Authorities confirm, the suspect has been identified as Tihron Harrison. According to police, five people were on the bus at the time and two people were inside of the building with four not hurt and one taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities say, Harrison tried to run but was quickly taken into custody, treated for injuries and booked into jail.
