Student stabbed during fight in bathroom at Louisiana school
HAMMOND, La. (WGNO) — A Hammond High School student was hospitalized and another was arrested after a stabbing on campus on Monday, April 22.
Deputies with the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office said they're investigating the incident that happened in a school bathroom.
An investigation revealed that at 10:30 a.m., a student was found suffering from at least three "small puncture wounds," according to deputies.
It was determined that the wounds were non-life-threatening, and that the student was listed in stable condition.
