Queen Letizia of Spain Walks the Red Carpet in Carolina Herrera Slingbacks With King Felipe in Amsterdam
Queen Letizia of Spain was seen wearing her favorite Carolina Herrera slingback pumps alongside King Felipe of Spain on Thursday while visiting the exposition of mural painters at Museum Straat in Amsterdam.
The formal shoe look continues the Queen’s recent trend of incorporating minimalistic pumps into her wardrobe. On Wednesday, the royal was spotted in a pair of Carolina Herrera slingback pumps alongside Queen Maxima in a ceremony welcoming the Spanish royals at the Royal Palace of Amsterdam. This follows an appearance in early April where she was photographed wearing monochromatic Malbec red pumps at the National Sports Awards.
As for King Felipe of Spain, he was in a monochromatic shoe style, showcasing a simple sleek pair of black leather dress shoes.
About the Shoes
For the event, Queen Letizia opted for a pair of Carolina Herrera classic pointed-toe pumps. Constructed with leather, the shoes featured a dark navy upper characterized by a thin dark blue ankle strap. A brown outsole provided an elegant contrast on the shoe, which was completed by a sharp stiletto heel that measured between 2 to 3 inches. The slingback pumps come in many different colors and styles and range between $595 to $720.
