TIOGA, La. (WNTZ) - A Pineville teenager was arrested after allegedly threatening another student with a gun in a high school parking lot, according to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Ryan Lee Reynolds, Jr., 17 of Pineville, is charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and carrying a firearm on school property.
The Deputy School Resource Officer at Tioga High School in Rapides Parish responded approximately 8:46 this morning to a report of a student allegedly brandishing a firearm in the parking lot at another student. According to initial reports, a student was sitting in their vehicle and when another student passed the vehicle, the suspect pointed a handgun at the student. The student immediately reported the incident to school administration and the SRO responded, authorities said.
