One man dead following reports of gunshots in south Topeka
Update 8:44 a.m.: A Topeka Police watch commander has confirmed one man has died.
TOPEKA (KSNT) - Topeka Police are responding to reports of gunshots in south Topeka.
At 8:06 a.m. the Topeka Police Department was called to the 3700 Block of Southwest Park Court for reports of gunshots, according to a Topeka police watch commander.
Police were seen working the scene at the Crown Point Apartments. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
The incident is currently being investigated as a suspicious death, according to a City of Topeka Spokeswoman.
