Amazon shoppers rave about $8 buy that strengthens ‘flat, brittle, paper-thin’ nails: ‘The change in my nails is magic’

Shoppers have shared rave reviews about the budget-friendly beauty buy.
The cuticle conditioning product is designed to stop splits, chips, and cracks forming on your nails.
Onyx Professional’s Hard As Hoof Nail Strengthening Cream is currently on sale for $7.94 from Amazon.
The cream contains coconut oil, shea butter, safflower oil, urea, jojoba oil, calcium, beeswax, and vitamins A, B5, C, D, and E.
Designed to be worn with or without nail polish, the product is said to help grow “longer stronger harder nails.”
Manufacturers suggest massaging the cream into nail beds, cuticles, and the underside of the nails three times a day.
The experts at Byrdie broke down the science behind using coconut oil to strengthen your nails.
“Coconut oil’s fat content helps retain the oil’s natural moisture, which keeps your skin hydrated for a very long time,” they explained.
“Use coconut oil two to four times a week to gain stronger and healthier nails.”
The ingredient can be used to smooth out ridges that form on your nails.
Coconut oil in its raw form can be used to hydrate your nail beds as well.
According to the beauty professionals at 3CayG, shea butter also plays a vital role in the nail care process.
“Shea butter contains fatty acids that help to lock in moisture and prevent nails from becoming dry and brittle,” they said.
“It also helps to nourish and strengthen the nail bed, promoting healthy nail growth.”
The ingredient can also help to soften and moisturize your nail cuticles.
