The Kelce brothers might play together with the Chiefs in Jason's alternate NFL Draft history
The NFL looks completely different over the past 10 years if former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce plays for a different team.
Which team specifically is absolutely fascinating to think about.
While talking about his NFL Draft experience in 2011 with NFL Network, Kelce talked about how the Eagles weren’t the only team showing strong interest in the future Hall of Fame center.
According to Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs also had at least some noticeable degree of intrigue in drafting the center themselves.
In this alternate universe, the elder Kelce sports a Kansas City jersey and delivers snaps to quarterback Patrick Mahomes. How interesting.
“Kansas City and the Philadelphia Eagles were the two teams that showed the most interest.”@JasonKelce reflects on the day he got drafted.

Would Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, Jason’s younger brother, have still been drafted by Kansas City in 2013? Would taking Jason Kelce have inspired the Chiefs to take another tight end? Could Travis Kelce had somehow ended up on an Eagles team that wanted his brother two years before?
Could we have lived in a world where the Kelce brothers actually played together? We’ll never know for sure, but this is automatically an incredibly fun “What if” for an alternate timeline for the NFL.
