FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Good Friday Evening,
It has been another very warm and breezy day today with highs running nearly 25 degrees above normal. Tonight will be a near record warm night with lows dropping to the lower 50s with rain showers returning after midnight and picking up near daybreak.
Saturday expect rain showers possible in the morning ahead of a cold front. This will bring drier air and a wind shift for the afternoon which should allow for some sunshine tomorrow with highs still in the upper 50s. Clouds will be mixed into Sunday, with clearing skies during the late morning to early afternoon with highs in the upper 40s.
Monday a low will move up from the southwest, and this will bring in rain showers, and possible snow showers to our northern counties. Temps will push to the mid 40s on Monday, with rain showers changing to a wintry mix by Monday night with accumulating snow possible. This system will move out of our area on Tuesday with clearing and temps just above normal in the lower 40s.
Wednesday expect mostly sunny skies with highs a degree or two warmer in the lower 40s. We will see another wet mix approaching for next Thursday with high temps in the lower 40s. This system will leave us with clouds for next Friday with highs near normal in the lower 40s.
